| • | Price is from £180 per week, with special rates available for longer-term lets; |
| • | Deposit required for advance bookings; |
| • | Electricity is included in the price; |
| • | Bed linen and Towels are provided; |
| • | Use of the owners washing facilities is available at a small additional cost; |
| • | The Gold Room is non-smoking, however smoking is permitted in the grounds; |
| • | Guests have the full use of the Summer House and spacious gardens; |
| • | Off-road parking available. |
